Welcome

The town of Runcorn, England is situated in the County of Cheshire and is located on the South bank of the River Mersey, approximately 13 miles South-East of the City of Liverpool. On the North bank of the river is the town of Widnes. Together the two towns make-up the Borough of Halton, the administrative council for the twin towns.

We are a Church of England community in the  Diocese of Chester, within the  Deanery of Frodsham. We are a relatively modern church situated on a post-war housing estate. The Parish of St. Andrew was  carved out of land formerly the Parish of St. Mary, Halton.

St. Andrew is truly the ' Church in Central Runcorn' being surrounded on all sides by Anglican parishes. The clergy, led by the Priest-in-Charge, the Rev'd Dr. Udobata Onunwa and the congregation work together to the glory of God and in the service of an established but changing community.

St. Andrew's Church is situated on the corner of Festival Way and Grangeway. The street plan can be viewed by visiting multi media mapping and typing in our postcode WA75JZ or try GOOGLE EARTH
